Who Found ACTICS? What is it? Why was it founded?
The founder of ACTICS
The founding president of ACTICS is Abraham Attama. He founded the social movement on 1st October, 2025. He saw the urgent and serious need to contribute his quota to the development of Nigeria by providing a vehicle for the positive transformational the Nigerians have been longing for since 1st October, 1960. Sixty-five years after independence the nation is still struggling. Hence, he saw the need to provide this elaborate out of the box solution for foundational restructuring, the building of a sustainable nation and the fulfillment of the dream for Nigeria to become great again.
What is ACTICS?
ACTICS is an acronym that stands for Agenda and Concept for Transformed Individuals, Communities and the Society. ACTICS is a non-partisan social movement unifying Nigerians to leverage the rule of law and principled advocacy. Its purpose is to translate the collective voice and aspirations of the people into accountable governance, ensuring national welfare, economic empowerment, and global relevance.
Why was ACTICS founded?
There have been serious national challenges such as economic, security and political issues. And these challenges are getting worse. ACTICS was founded to address these issues.
Mission Statement
The mission of ACTICS (Agenda and Concept for Transformed Individuals, Communities and the Society) is to serve as the singular, non-sectarian platform that unifies the Nigerian voice to drive fundamental, principled change through the rule of law, ensuring citizen aspirations are translated into effective governance, thereby securing the welfare and global eminence of a New Nigeria.
Vision Statement
To see a New Nigeria where citizens govern through accountability and law, where every youth is an empowered stakeholder in a thriving, job-creating economy, and where a deep, renewed spirit of patriotism propels the nation to global eminence.
The Three Main Purposes of ACTICS
1. Unified, Principled Advocacy and Legal Cohesion
(Combining National Unification & Legal Enforcement)
To establish a singular, non-sectarian platform that unifies all Nigerians—being deliberately non-religious, non-partisan, and non-ethnic/tribal—to articulate a clear, collective national voice. This purpose is driven by the mission to enforce this collective will through principled advocacy, strict adherence to legal frameworks, and the rule of law, ensuring that change is structural, orderly, and sustainable.
2. Translating Citizen Aspiration into Governance
(The Reliable Vehicle)
To serve as the reliable and dependable vehicle for the common Nigerian, converting their shared hopes, wishes, and aspirations into implementable policy and governance outcomes. This purpose focuses on the practical result of ensuring the unified voice of the people is not just acknowledged but is translated directly into concrete action and tangible results by the nation’s leadership.
3. Securing Welfare and Achieving Global Eminence
(The Ultimate Vision)
To advocate for and facilitate comprehensive structural reforms centered on the fundamental welfare, human development, and security of every Nigerian citizen. The ultimate goal of this purpose is to ensure that Nigeria not only rises to take its rightful place as the Giant of Africa but also achieves relevance and remarkable eminence on the global scene, establishing itself as a leading, influential power worldwide.
The Aspirations of ACTICS
We have ten aspirations and they are as follows:
1. To ensure our leaders truly represent the wish of the people of Nigeria
2. To support and encourage such leaders as they listen to and serve the people of Nigeria not themselves
3. To represent the people and voice of Nigerians and to ensure that such voice is heard loud and clear by their leaders
4. To mobilize the youth to become the positive change and to be in the forefront of such positive change in others that they so desire to see in their communities and the society of Nigeria
5. To mobilize massive support to whoever the Nigerian people have decided to represent them at the National, state, local government and ward level for national, state and LG elections
6. To represent the youth, in particular, so that they can be part of policy makers and the process of running the country
7. To strive for the acknowledgement of lives of Nigerians and how that each life of the citizen of the country will matter to our leaders
8. To create jobs for Nigerian graduates and getting them to be actively involved in the building of the nation’s economy
9. To advocate the restoration of sanity in the Nigerian systems, sub-systems and structures
10. To revoke, reinvigorate and reinspire the spirit of patriotism in Nigerians.
These 10 aspirations formed the framework for ACTICS vision out of which our vision statement is drafted.
